At Loo Café, I worked across functions rather than inside a single lane. I supported recruitment pipelines, day-to-day operations, website work and partnership outreach.

I also helped launch Loo Café’s CSR partnerships program.

CSR initiative

Building a CSR partnerships program.

I helped start Loo Café’s CSR partnerships program, supporting corporate outreach around its public infrastructure work.

What I learned

Infrastructure is a system, not an object.

Hiring, technology, maintenance, partnerships and commercial discipline all have to work together. Working across these functions taught me how execution compounds when partnerships are clear.
